This is my very favorite project to date, and is one that I am very proud of. It is a picture of a wedding invitation I created for my sister, Whitney and her husband, Joe. The colors were a pinky coral and brown. We used a pocket fold with the invitation adhered to the inside middle panel. The right flap was a pocket, which housed the RSVP card, Reception Card, and Map. We created these pieces to be different sizes so they were staggered within the pocket. We made sure that when the RSVP card was removed, the remaining pieces were still arranged in a pleasing manner. The entire invitation was held closed by a rectangular tag that I hand wrote each invitee's name on, and was made to be resealable.
In addition to the invitation itself, I created stickers that were placed on the favors, and the number cards and menus for each table.
Whitney received lots of compliments on the invitations, and I was happy to be able to help her create something unique to her celebration.
Thank you, Whitney and Joe, for honoring me with being a part of your beautiful wedding.
